I grew up in that home and my husband and I raised our family there and although it was the right decision to sell, it was extremely difficult for us. When we started looking for houses, Susan was the agent that got assigned to show us a few houses in our area. We had pretty strict stipulations for what we were looking for. We needed at least 2 bathrooms and either 4 bedrooms or a possibility of a fourth bedroom... and we needed to come in under a certain dollar amount. We were discouraged looking online because there wasn't much in our price range in our area but within a week Susan had set up showings at several houses in town for us to see... all fitting what we were looking for.

Susan was so knowledgeable... when we found a house we thought we loved, she gently pointed out her concerns about it not having enough room and that she was afraid of the appraisal amount coming in too low. We trusted her judgment.

We finally found the house we were looking for and Susan walked us through the process each and every step. She was in constant communication with our loan officer, and though our loan process took longer than we anticipated, she was on top of every step.

The day after we closed, she was home and on her computer, keeping an eye out for it to go on record so we could get our keys. She called right away and met us there to give us the keys to our new home.

Working with Susan was the best part of this experience. She helped ease our minds through the process and explained every step. There was not ever a time we could not go to her with a question or concern. We would recommend Susan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! She is really an amazing agent and she makes you feel like you are part of her family!
